TEAM Energy Resources Limited specialise in the sourcing and delivery of permanent staff recruitment and fixed term contractor placements and take pride in being industry experts.

We are headquartered in Norwich, UK, with a regional presence in Aberdeen and London. We work in close partnership with E&P companies, Contractors, and Service providers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Established in 1987 as a specialist Well Engineering Consultancy, we initially delivered well planning, design, and execution services to E&P companies. Today, we have evolved into a trusted provider of technical personnel across the full lifecycle of the energy.

Throughout our long-standing history, we have worked exclusively within the energy sector, earning a reputation for technical recruitment built on deep industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach.

In 2004, we became part of the Acteon Group, a global subsea services leader with a presence in major offshore energy hubs and projects worldwide. Our connection with Acteon enabled us to engage closely with the operational needs of diverse energy organisations across the globe.

In 2025, we entered a new chapter as we were acquired by Altea Energy, further strengthening our capabilities and reach. With Altea Energy’s support, we continue to provide flexible, expert workforce solutions tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the global energy industry.

Having worked offshore with numerous agencies over the past 25+ years I have found Team Energy to be the best. Communications are second to none, emails are answered immediately and regular updates are given. Should the person dealing with your mobilisation be ill or on holiday then you are passed seamlessly over to another person with no change to the quality of service. All documentation for the various jobs is always up-to-date and sent through with plenty of time prior to the job.
