TEAM Energy Resources is looking to hire a versatile Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

Location: Norwich
Contract Basis: Permanent

Full Description

Working primarily from home with regular visits to the Norwich office being a requirement, the Administrator is to provide various office /administration support for its global recruitment business.


  • First point of contact at TEAM i.e. answering incoming calls via Microsoft Teams            
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Finance, Co-ordination and Compliance departments when required
  • Update and distribute the Sales Pipeline report to all TEAM staff weekly
  • Carry out Customer Satisfaction Surveys using Microsoft Forms on a monthly basis, reporting feedback to staff & management


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Able to work effectively from home
  • Able to make regular visits to the Norwich office as and when required
  • Good communication and organisational skills
